Also, the movie has surpassed the collection of Aamir Khan's Dangal movie which has collected around Rs 41.29 crores on its third day of the release.

Helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar, Tiger Zinda Hai marks the reuniting of Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif. Sunday was better with Tiger Zinda Hai raking in around a whopping Rs 44 crore. This is quite significant in many ways as the combination has indeed emerged as quite lethal and now one waits to see what does the trio comes up with next.

Tiger Zinda Hai has surely become Salman's much needed comeback film after a mediocre performance in Tubelight and will undoubtedly take the box office with a rage before 2017 ends.

Down south, Nani's Middle Class Abbayi (MCA) has also managed to shake things up with its worldwide collections being pegged at Rs 27 crore by Indian Express. The business accrued from India and Overseas theatrical is crucial because it's an indicator of star power and content of the film.
