Emilia Clarke's Khaleesi-Blonde Hair Lit Up the Golden Globes Red Carpet

Brad Pitt was willing to part with $120,000 to watch Game Of Thrones with two of its stars, Emilia Clarke and Kit Harington, but lost the bidding war. Time vs. money spent, that's a much better value for Pitt.

The 54-year-old actor was among the A-listers who attended Sean Penn's annual "Steadying the Storm" gala for Haiti in Los Angeles, California on Saturday, Jan. 7.

Her new Game of Thrones love interest, Kit Harington aka Jon Snow, also walked the carpet on Sunday night and looked dapper in all black, from his tuxedo to his shirt and bow tie.

Even when you're Brad Pitt, you can't have it all.

While a possible Pitt-Clarke romance has been debunked, Associated Press reports that the Spurs experience and a chance to watch GoT was not the only things Pitt bid on.

When the auctioneer shouted, "Is the King of the North here?" He apparently was, but in the restroom, however, when he re-entered the room he agreed to sit in on the episode viewing. Once Harington committed, Pitt went up to $120,000.

Also in attendance were Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jason Segel and Leonardo DiCaprio, who was honoured for his work in combating climate change.

However, Pitt did not go home empty-handed. Emilia, who was also at the event, dished out a large bid of $90, 000 for a painting by artist Josh Smith at the event. He bid $40,000, and won an National Basketball Association weekend experience with the San Antonio Spurs including tickets to a game, a ride on the team's plane and VIP seats to the team's practice and game in Texas.
