Spice Girls Confirm They're Getting Back Together

Victoria Beckham posts photo of Spice Girls reunion.Victoria Beckham has teased "exciting" things ahead for The Spice Girls as the five of them - including Geri Horner, Emma Bunton, Mel B and Mel C - reunited.

Original manager, Simon Fuller, 57, who is also well-known for being the creator of the Idol franchise, was pictured heading inside, no doubt keen to oversee the day's agenda.

Posh posted this picture on her Instagram page, writing, "Love my girls!"

Two and a half years ago, Victoria, Mel C., Emma and Geri reunited - sans Mel B, plus Eva Longoria - for David Beckham's 40th birthday in Morocco.

Some of the projects being considered are a television talent show and a new greatest hits compilation-but Beckham and Halliwell reportedly will not commit to a full tour due to their families.

A source also told the newspaper that the reunion will not include singing from Mrs Beckham.

"But after a long period of negotiation Victoria agreed the time is right to work on new projects this year". Taking the academic elements out of it, I got more out of a group like the Spice Girls, which at least had the inclusion of a darker skinned, natural haired, black lead female singer, than all white girl groups which were more radical.

"And getting Victoria to agree has been a coup for everyone involved, given she has always been the person holding back on a reunion". "I really pushed to get everyone back together", Horner told Red magazine previous year.

Geri admitted in an interview last October that she had pushed for the girls to reunite, explaining: "I really pushed to get everyone back together". DB Ventures - which rakes in money from the England football legend's image rights - put £25m into Victoria Beckham Ltd.

After debut single Wannabe hit number one in 1996, the Spice Girls became a smash-hit success before splitting in 2000.

But they are all reportedly considering TV projects in China, endorsement deals and a great hits album.
