Laura Ingraham's advertisers are fleeing; Here's the list

After Hogg targeted Ingraham's advertisers, they've gradually been dropping like flies from the Fox News show.

Ingraham sparked major outcry after she said that James and Wade should "shut up and dribble" rather than commenting on politics.

On Wednesday, Ingraham mocked 17-year-old Hogg for getting rejected by four colleges.

Ingraham said the vacation was timed to Easter Sunday, and teased a "great" lineup of guest hosts over the next week.

Hogg and several other students from the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School responded by calling for an advertising boycott of Ingraham's show and tweeting a list of companies people could contact to demand they yank their ads.

Facing pressure, Ingraham wrote an apology on Thursday afternoon, saying: "On reflection, in the spirit of Holy Week, I apologize for any upset or hurt my tweet caused him or any of the courageous victims of Parkland".

Ingraham has since apologized for her remarks but Hogg is not having it. The companies announcing that they are cancelling their ads are: Nutrish, the pet food line created by celebrity chef Rachael Ray, travel website TripAdvisor Inc, online home furnishings seller Wayfair Inc, the world's largest packaged food company, Nestle SA, online streaming service Hulu, travel website Expedia Group Inc and online personal shopping service Stitch Fix.

"On reflection, in the spirit of Holy Week, I apologize for any upset or hurt my tweet caused him or any of the courageous victims of Parkland", she wrote.

Parkland student activist David Hogg has had more than his 15 minutes of fame, and his time may be running out.

"She only apologized after one-third of her advertisers dropped out", Hogg said.

Hogg wrote on Twitter: "An apology in an effort just to save your advertisers is not enough". It's time to love thy neighbor, not mudsling at children.

"As always, he's welcome to return to the show anytime for a productive discussion", Ingraham said.

After learning of Ingraham's Easter break, Hogg tweeted he hoped she would have some "healthy reflections" during Holy Week. I think now with advertisers standing with us, we can accomplish anything.
