Brother Of Parkland Shooter Arrested, Again

Zachary Cruz was arrested and booked into the main detention center at the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday night.

The warrant indicates two possible violations of the probation order: One related to not breaking the law in general and another that Cruz avoid school campuses. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Police have arrested Zachary Cruz, the younger brother of Parkland, Florida, school shooter Nikolas Cruz, for violating the terms of his probation.

Zachary Cruz, the half-brother of Parkland high school gunman Nikolas Cruz, has been arrested again for getting too close to a Florida high school.

Peterson, an armed school resource deputy at the time and a veteran of the force of 33 years, was employed by the Broward County Sheriff's Department. Kimok represented Cruz on the original trespassing charge. As part of his probation, he was ordered to stay at least a mile away from the school and any others unless he was enrolled, the Sentinel said. The brothers are both former Stoneman Douglas students.

Zachary Cruz is seen in a booking photo provided to CNN by the Broward County Sheriff's Office on March 19, 2018.

It also says the $500,000 bail imposed on him is excessive. Cruz had also been forced to wear a Global Positioning System monitor. "They allege that Zach went within 25 feet of a school - but that wasn't a condition we agreed to at his plea". She said violating any law is a violation of probation.

A plea of not guilty was entered on his behalf, though defense attorney Melisa McNeill emphasized that Nikolas Cruz is willing "at any time" to plead guilty "in exchange for a waiver of the death sentence" and instead spend the rest of his life behind bars.

"For torturing Zachary Cruz, violating his constitutional rights, and engaging in an extortive campaign of intimidation because of the identity of his brother", Nexus wrote in a press release. They said they became concerned after learning Cruz mentioned his brother's notoriety and the pair discussed a "fan club" that could attract girls.
